Liquid soap without particles works great. Will not foaming, and don’t work with foam soap.

Why does my new soap dispenser don’t work?

Charge the soap dispenser with a 5V adapter until the indicator light turns white, indicating a full charge. Then, press and hold the setting button for 2 seconds to turn it on. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual.

What should I do if the soap dispenser stops dispensing soap after a few uses?

This issue is usually caused by internal blockage. Avoid using liquid soap with particles and impurities. Please refer to the ‘flush with water’ method in the troubleshooting section to resolve the blockage issue

Important Information You Must Know

First time receiving your soap dispenser. Please follow the instruction:

Using a 5V adapter and the included cable to fully charge the soap dispenser, untill the indicator turn to white. Usually takes about 7-8 hourse to get fully charged.

Don’t dispense? Can’t get enough soap? It’s usually caused by intestinal blockage. Follow the steps to troubleshoot.

1.Empty the bottle and add some warm clean water

2.Trun on the dispenser and set to the Max Leve(Level 5)

3.Active sensor to dispenser, until water come out.

4.Cycly the previous step, let water to clean the tube inside.

5.Add soap and set the soap dispenser correctly to use.
