Pour 150ml(5oz) drinking yogurt in Milk carton. Milk bottle maximum size is 0.8L (0.47gal).
The appropriate ratio is 1000ml(30oz) of milk + 150ml(5oz) of yogurt.

2. Mix it well and close.
Stir the yoghurt and milk to mix, then close the lid.

3. Pour hot water to ¾ level of the body.
Be careful not to burn your hands in hot water.

4. Close lid and leave it 8 hours.
Close the lid, place 8 to 10 hours in room temperature
